  • A custom URL (ivoryandgold.com/yourname) is included with every wedding website package. We’ll take care of the setup and provide 6 months of hosting to cover your full wedding season.

    Need more time? You’ll have the option to upgrade to 1 year of hosting during checkout.

    Prefer your own domain (yourname.com)? You’ll have the option to upgrade to your own domain with 1 year of hosting during checkout.

  • All websites include 6 month hosting on your custom URL.

    Extended 12 months hosting is available when purchased at the time of placing your order.

  • Browse our shop to view our complete collection of designs. All designs have a matching invitation suite.

    We recommend you explore the live preview on the demo website, and select a design with a content structure that best suits your needs. Look for features that are a must-have - animation, music, etc.

  • All of our fonts are carefully selected to create unique designs.

    We are happy to consider font changes to match other elements of your wedding design, as long as it does not affect the overall balance of the design. This will be at our designer’s discretion.

    If your specific text does not look right in our chosen font, please talk to the designer, and we will be happy to suggest alternate fonts.

  • Most designs come with pre-determined color schemes. You are free to select any of those while placing the order.

    If you’d like to customize a color within a color scheme:

    We can alter ink color as long as you do not swap white ink for colored ink or vice versa.

    We can not change the color of graphic elements.

  • Use the placeholder images on the demo sites as a guide to what images look best for the design.

    While we can use any image you provide, please be mindful that not all photos look good with all designs. A photograph with a busy background in bright bold colors will not look great on a patterned background with clashing colors. Similarly, a site in pastel soft hues will look best with a similar color themed photo.

    Please refer to Photo Guidelines for information for guidelines and acceptable formats.

  • Once you place your order, you will receive an email from us with an Intake Form.

    This form covers all the information we require to get started on your website. At this time, we will ask you to provide the text and photographs you’d like to use.

  • You have 3 ways to integrate your guest list with the RSVP functionality:

    1. Provide it to us in the specified format, and we will do the rest

    2. Upload it to the website yourself after launch using the instructions we provide

    3. Use your customer dashboard to add / edit after launch.

  • Once we receive your complete personalization information, we will begin processing your order. You will receive your proof in 7 business days from then.

    You may approve right away, and we then move on to launch preparation.

    You may also request changes to wording, colors, or minor layout adjustments. Once these changes are implemented, you will receive a new proof.

    Significant layout changes or requests for edits beyond our complimentary revision rounds may be billed separately.

  • When your website is ready, you will receive a hand over kit.

    This will include login / admin access with complete instructions to manage your site and planning tools.

    We are happy to continue supporting you after launch - simply contact us.

  • Our RSVP system is integrated with every website, along with real-time tracking and reports.

    Our Smart RSVP takes it a step further. This interactive form uses your guest list and conditional logic to only show guests the events they’re invited to, based on their email address.

  • We are always here to support you.

    For making edits to your website: we can assist you till your site is launched. At launch, we will hand over your site and complete control to you. You will have access to make as many updates to your website content as you need after that.

    If you need assistance with design changes or content management after launch, we're still happy to help via our Concierge Extended Support service.
